My take on life.
Huzzah!
The expedition went even better than expected, and we managed to uncover the entire site in almost a single day of excavation. There is still some residual work to be done in what appears to be one of the sleeping areas, but I estimate that it shall take less than an hour to complete. Ah yes, a jorb well done.

You failed to mention exactly WHO'S sleeping quarters are still in a questionable state.

Well the place is much MUCH better now, all we have to work on is keeping it this way so it doesn't end up in the sorry state it once was.
